1. Return Window
We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

3. Shipping Costs
Return shipping is free for defective or incorrectly shipped items. For other returns, the customer bears shipping costs.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection. Credited to your original payment method.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Custom orders, clearance items, and used products cannot be returned.
